Second consultation on the EU cost accounting model
Building on the results of the first consultation on the EU cost accounting model, the European Commission has now launched a second round of consultations. All relevant documents can be found in the RTR Cloud.
In addition to the non-confidential version of the cost accounting model, the following documents are available:
- Results of the first consultation round;
- Presentation of the results (for all countries under two different scenarios);
- Consultation document;
- User manual;
- Descriptive manual;
- Methodological document;
- Template for comments on the second public consultation.
For this second consultation, we as the regulatory authority are also responsible for collecting the consultation contributions from stakeholders and forwarding them to the European Commission in a bundled form. We therefore ask you to send any input by 22 May 2024 by email to rtr@rtr.at for the attention of Mr Lukanowicz and Mr Cozzani.
Previous first consultation on the EU cost accounting model
The European Commission has launched its 1st consultation on the cost of providing wholesale roaming service.
All relevant documents (non-confidential cost accounting model and background information) can be found in the RTR Cloud.
