Invitations to tender
This page provides an overview of current and past invitations to tender for transmission capacities and coverage areas in radio and television under § 13 of the Private Radio Act and § 16 / § 17 of the Private Television Act, as well as invitations to tender for licenses to build and operate terrestrial multiplex platforms under § 23 of the Private Television Act.
Under § 15 Par. 4 of the Private Television Act, applications which were not submitted in response to an invitation to tender for the allocation of analogue television transmission capacities do not have to be published by the regulatory authority. Current and past announcements of such applications can also be found on this page.
