Duties of the Federal Communications Board (BKS)

§ 36 of the KommAustria Act (KOG) governs the duties of the Austrian Federal Communications Board:

The Federal Communications Board has the final decision-making authority in appeals against decisions made by KommAustria, with the exception of proceedings under administrative criminal law.

The decisions of the Federal Communications Board can not be overturned or amended by means of administrative proceedings. However, complaints can be filed with the Austrian Constitutional Court and the Austrian Administrative Court.
