Frequency registers

Under § 14 of the Private Radio Act (PrR-G), KommAustria is required to maintain a frequency directory which lists the allocations of wireless terrestrial transmission capacities (by frequency and location) to the coverage areas of private radio organizations and the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF). Under § 18 of the Private Television Act (PrTV-G), such a frequency directory is to be maintained for terrestrial television transmission capacities as well.
