Announcements of document deliveries

On this page, the regulatory authority announces document deliveries via its electronic communications system in accordance with Art. 40 Par. 7 of the KommAustria Act (KOG) in conjunction with Art. 37 of the Austrian Delivery of Documents Act (ZustG).

The files are made available on RTR's e-government portal (https://egov.rtr.at) for retrieval by the parties to each procedure.

Under Art. 37 Par. 1 ZustG, documents are considered delivered on the third working day after the initial availability of the files.
