Official bulletins

On this page, the regulatory authority publishes official bulletins in accordance with Art. 40 of the KommAustria Act (KOG), which allows the regulatory authority to issue official bulletins in order to initiate procedures which are expected to involve more than 100 parties (cf. Art. 40 Par. 1 KOG).

Persons who fail to submit credible evidence that they are affected by a procedure within six weeks of the publication of the relevant official bulletin lose their status as parties to the procedure (Art. 40 Par. 2 KOG).

The regulatory authority may issue an official bulletin to convene oral proceedings in cases where the initiation of a procedure has been announced (or is announced simultaneously) by way of an official bulletin.
