Focus area Infrastructure and Financing
In fulfilling its legal obligation to operate a competence center for telecommunications, the Austrian Regulatory Authority for Broadcasting and Telecommunications (RTR) devoted efforts to developing and discussing opportunities and general frameworks for infrastructure expansion and the financing of broadband access communications networks in 2009.
