Value-added services – Complaint form
In order to combat the misuse of value-added services, RTR takes targeted measures to improve the situation in the interest of conusmers. One important instrument for this purpose is the possibility of submitting complaints using the form provided below.
This form is intended exclusively for submitting complaints about value-added services. Complaints are subjected to general analyses in order to respond as quickly as possible to cases of misuse and to take effective measures against violations in this area. In these efforts, the regulatory authority does not focus on processing individual cases, but on detecting more general developments in the misuse of value-added services. Please note that complaints submitted using this form cannot substitute for requests submitted to RTR's conciliatory body or for objections sent to your network operator with regard to invoices.
