TKK hearing on the multiband auction attended by all three mobile network operators

The Telekom-Control-Kommission (TKK) held a hearing on 11 November 2013 with all parties to procedure F 1/11 (multiband auction). The participants in the multiband auction were summoned to the hearing, i.e. A1 Telekom, T-Mobile and Hutchison.

The purpose of the hearing, held in accordance with the General Administrative Procedures Act (AVG), was to provide the parties to the procedure with an opportunity to assert their rights and legal interests. The hearing was not public, since the TKK is required to ensure that no breach of business or trade secrecy rules occurs.

After carefully reviewing all of the concerns expressed by the mobile network operators at today’s hearing, the TKK plans to issue a decision to address the concerns or terminate the procedure in the coming weeks.
