The purpose of the Regulatory Dialogue for Mobile Communications is to maintain a structured dialog – outside of specific procedures pending with the Telekom-Control Commission (TKK) – between RTR and mobile operators regarding topics which may become relevant to regulation in the foreseeable future.
The form of cooperation is defined by the requirements of the topic in question, with possibilities ranging from open discussions to lectures by individual participants and (short-term) studies.
Participation in these events is voluntary. It is not possible to exclude individual organisations from events relating to specific topics. These events will not bias the position of RTR or the Telekom-Control Commission (TKK) in any way; however, as the TKK's operational arm, RTR will inform the TKK of important results.
The Regulatory Dialogue for Mobile Communications takes place in German on a regular basis. An overview of recent events including links to each event, where documents pertaining to the event are available for download, may be found on the German web page.
