Suspension of services/active service

This is the date on which the certification-service-provider suspended a certification service. If the service has not been suspended, it is described as "aktiv" (active) on these pages. Active certification services are generally mentioned above the suspended services and are labeled by a small dot on the various pages on the supervisory authority's web site.

Under § 9 SVG, certification-service-providers are required to report when they suspend their services. The actual suspension of services may take place at a later point in time. The supervisory authority's web site publicizes the dates on which reports are filed as well as the dates on which reported services are actually suspended.

The suspension of a certification service does not necessarily mean that the provider has discontinued all related activities.
