On October 29, 2007, the Telekom-Control Commission issued decisions pursuant to Art. 48 and 50 TKG 2003. The requests for orders of interconnection conditions between Mobilkom Austria AG, T-Mobile Austria GmbH, One GmbH, Hutchison 3G Austria GmbH, Tele2 Telecommunication GmbH, Multikom Telekom Austria GmbH and UPC Telekabel Wien GmbH were basically directed at the determination of the levels of the mobile termination charges for different periods as of 2005.

The Telekom-Control Commission set the levels of the mobile termination charges in line with the decisions issued on October 15, 2007 and December 18, 2006 in Procedures M 15a-e/03, M 13a-f/06. In these decisions pursuant to Art. 37 Par. 2 TKG 2003 all mobile operators were identified as having significant market power. Among other things, the mobile operators were subjected to a specific obligation with regard to price regulation: Specifically, the mobile operators were subjected to the obligation to request certain maximum charges for termination in their public mobile telephone networks. An overview of these charges is available here:
