In a decision issued on October 27, 2008, the Telekom-Control Commission issued an unbundling order for Telekom Austria TA AG in response to a request submitted by Tele2 Telecommunication GmbH pursuant to Art. 50 Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) 2003 with regard to the fees for unbundling services. The TKK ordered the following monthly fee amounts for the rental of subscriber lines during the requested period:
