The Telekom-Control-Kommission has tasked RTR with activities in preparation for awarding the rights to use frequencies in the 3.4 to 3.8 GHz range.
RTR is consequently consulting with stakeholders on the key terms of the award procedure, including product and auction design, period of use, spectrum caps and coverage requirements. With the consultation, the regulatory authority is addressing in particular potential spectrum users and wishes to collect useful suggestions.
