The regulatory authority, together with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Regions and Tourism (BMLRT), is planning to prepare and publish a new Spectrum Release Plan, to cover the coming five years. The new plan is intended to ensure planning security for all sector stakeholders.
In carrying out the current consultation (non binding translation), the BMLRT and RTR wish to collect helpful suggestions and discuss possible approaches. This consultation will place a special focus on the 26 GHz band.
