The regulatory authority conducted three consultations in connection with the preparation of this procurement procedure:
- In March 2016, the first consultation was conducted in connection with the spectrum release plan. The results of this consultation are publicly available.
- In September 2017, the second consultation on the award procedure (product design, auction design and terms of use) ended. The results of this consultation and the slides of the TKK hearing are publicly available.
- Until 15 March 2018, the third consultation on the procurement procedure for the 3.4-3.8 GHz band (draft bidding and auctioning rules) was held. The results of this consultation are publicly available.
- In addition, a position paper on infrastructure sharing was consulted. The results of this consultation and the final position paper are publicly available.
