Official bulletins and announcements of document deliveries
On this page, the regulatory authority publishes official bulletins and announces document deliveries via its electronic communications system.
The regulatory authority may issue official bulletins to initiate procedures which are expected to involve more than 100 parties (Art. 40 Par. 1 KOG).
Persons who fail to submit credible evidence that they are affected by a procedure within six weeks of the publication of the relevant official bulletin lose their status as parties to the procedure (Art. 40 Par. 2 KOG).
The regulatory authority may issue an official bulletin to convene oral proceedings in cases where the initiation of a procedure has been announced (or is announced simultaneously) by way of an official bulletin.
Announcements of document deliveries
In the section "Announcements", the regulatory authority announces document deliveries via its electronic communications system (Art. 40 Par. 7 of the KommAustria Act (KOG) in conjunction with Art. 37 of the Austrian Delivery of Documents Act (ZustG).
The files are made available on RTR's e-government portal for retrieval by the parties to each procedure.
Under Art. 37 Par. 1 ZustG, documents are considered delivered on the third working day after the initial availability of the files.
