Public consultation on the tender conditions in the procedure concerning allocations in the frequency bands 2300 MHz and 2600 MHz (F 2/24)

Below, the TKK is consulting on the invitation to tender together with the auction rules and expects to receive valuable input from the market for the formal publication of the invitation to tender, which may differ from the document under consultation. 

Please note that the English translation of the consultation document is non-binding. 

Comments (in German or English) can be sent by email to tkfreq@rtr.at by September 26, 2025 with reference to “F 2/24.” Please use the pre-prepared cover sheet (Annex 1).
