RTR Internet Monitor 1. Quartal 2025
Data visualisation
The RTR Internet Monitor is available as an interactive data visualization tool.
Individual data and graphics can be downloaded or reused directly via a link or embedded code. Clicking on bars or data points in the graphics displays a corresponding illustration showing the changes from quarter to quarter. In addition to the interactive visualization, there is also the option of viewing the monitor in PDF format.
Various sources are used for the Internet Monitor.
- Data on mobile broadband, broadband revenues, and bundled products are derived from surveys based on the KEV (Communications Survey Regulation). This is a regular survey of 29 telecom operators, which together represent a large part of the telecommunications markets.
- Other data on fixed broadband comes from the ZIB survey. This is also conducted regularly among all fixed broadband providers and is therefore a complete survey.
- Data on the broadband price index (broadband index) comes from our own calculations.
- Data on “Internet connections put to the test” comes from network test data. This is data generated by users through the use of the RTR network test.
- Internet-based communication services (NI-ICS data) are regularly collected in a sample of the largest providers of Internet-based services.
As usual, you can also find the data for the RTR Internet Monitor in our open data offering (market data for telecommunications in accordance with KEV market data and RTR-NetTest).
