Network Identifier
Communications network operators require a unique identifier (bbb identifier) for the exchange of data within the scope of mobile number portability. A list of these identifiers is available for download here:
Mobile Number Portability Schedule
This schedule was established in coordination with Austrian mobile operators. It lists all days when porting of mobile numbers is possible.
Porting is possible on all days of the year, except on:
- Sundays
- All public holidays (except for the 8th of December, if it is not a Sunday)
- 24th of December,
- 31th of December,
- 1st and 3rd Wednesday of any month (maintenance work)
The Mobile Number Portability Schedule is available for 2018 to 2025.
