Pursuant to Art. 23(1) of the KommAustria Act (KOG), Federal Law Gazette I No 32/2001 as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I No 182/2023, the Austrian Regulatory Authority for Telecommunications and Broadcasting (Rundfunk und Telekom Regulierungs-GmbH, or RTR) has defined and published the following Guidelines for grants from FERNSEHFONDS AUSTRIA under Articles 26 to 28 KOG.
The section of these Guidelines relating to financial aid takes into consideration Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market (GBER) in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), OJ L 187/1 of 26 June 2014, as amended by Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/1315 of 23 June 2023, OJ L 167/1 of 30 June 2023. The text of the Guidelines refers to FERNSEHFONDS AUSTRIA or “the Fund”; where rights and obligations are concerned, these designations refer to RTR.
